At Artificial Plant Shop we don’t just offer artificial plants and fake plants, we also offer UV Treated artificial plants so you can feel confident they will stand the test of time out in the sun! We have personally tested our UV treated products over several years and can personally vouch for their UV protective qualities.
Below you'll find a list of products that have been UV Treated at the manufacturing stage. For all other products, we recommend a UV protective spray so they have a long, lush green life.
While the above artificial plants and greenery walls are UV treated, you can protect any of our fake plants and fake trees with a UV protective spray - which you can find at your local hardware store. This will create a protective layer, keeping your artificial plants safe and sound underneath. We recommend applying on a regular basis to ensure they last longer. It’s one thing care for artificial plants indoors, but really, who has the time to care for real plants outside as well?! If you’re wanting all the visual benefits of real plants with no of the drawbacks, it’s time to invest in some UV treated artificial plants from Artificial Plant Shop.
Outdoor conditions vary considerably depending on location and product placement, and is therefore not possible to guarantee product life for our plants outdoors. The major sources of damage to our artificial plants is from direct full sunlight, frost, high winds, rains and hail. We cannot guarantee the life of any of our plants outdoors, however you can purchase a UV spray from most hardwares stores that will stop the leaves from fading as quickly.
