I can't fault Artificial plant shop service very prompt delivery . I needed plant fairly quickly placed order Thursday mid morning and had plant Friday mid morning. Artificial plant came very nicely packed in box just opened removed and placed in my pot managed stems and leaves to my liking. The Philo plant has a real touch feel and looks real Especially the base which has dead cut stems looks very real. The best thing looks great all year round .
